- Defense of objections to a creditor’s proof of claim brought by Debtors;
- Filing non-dischargeability actions to keep an unsecured creditor’s debt from being discharged through bankruptcy;
- Defending creditors in appeals made to the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, the District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
